Merchants' Credit Guide, Ken Hughes, Fradulent collection attempt on a card I do not have, Ripoff

Not only did I get a collection bill for a credit card I do not have Mr. Ken Hughes is leaving messages on an elderly relatives answering machine.

Maybe Mr. Hughes did not do his homework but I surely did.
I am filing complaints with the Attorney Generals offices in Massachusetts,
Pennsylvania and Illinois along with the Federal Trade Commission
