I also have had problems with the same company. I have taken out many loans and found it hard to pay down on them so I found a company that deals with settlements with payday loan companies. I stopped payment on the withdrawls that were coming out because Westburys customer service rep told me that was the only way that they whould stop going into my checking account and take it to collections. Why I work on a settlement with them I'm recieving emails that they will not take a settlement send money via Money Gram, give us different checking information, or we will take action against you. They even told me action will be taken against my SS#. The company I'm working with assured me that this is a computer generated email and not to worry.

But Westbury is by far the worst company I've dealt with. I'm sure I will get emails until this matter is settled, the advise given to me don't answer your phone and just get rid of the emails.
