Has people wire money before you get the loan and never refund the money. Be aware ripoff

I have been contacted by Marc Gardiner who is a senior loan representative at Centerline Financial Group regarding my loans application that i have submited online. He said that i 've been approved for the $10,000 that I applied for and to wire 1200 to Brandon Donaway in Ontario canada to secure the loan which i did on June 9 and i don't have to pay my monthly payment of $240for a period of 6 months.

I had wire the 1,200 via moneygrams and $24 fee and when i called him the next day to inquire about the loan that supposed to be in my account he had reffered me to call ben who is the director of the customer service. I was told that I have two options either to wire another 1200 or to request a refund.

I then request a refund and i called ben on june the 10th and to confirm that the refund is in process and said that I will receive a check by mail on June 18 and i never received my money. I am a mother of a 2 years boy and i am so desperate. I am in debt and was waiting for that money to pay them and only have one creditor. I had visited their website and thought that they was legit. I try to call them and all i got is a recorder saying than you good bye and even their website disappear. Please help me out
