Treated Unfairly and Looking for Help ripoff

Hey My name is Cobey and me and my family were messed over buy HSBC also. I was laid off twice in 2005 and I tried to contact them to work out a payment arrangement for about 2 months.

When I finally talked to some one the told me to have a payment in by the end of september. I sent the payment in and the sent it back to us October 20 saying they wanted certified funds then they said we could not send it because the put us in foreclosure on the 15th of October.

We ended up filling a chapter 13 and they still got us the said we didn't make any payments and we had copys of the checks and bank records showing that they recieved the money but the judge ruled in there favor so they got us for about 4000 and there getting our house. They messed up my credit when it got good enough to refinance with a different company and everything now i cant even get a damn apartment for my family to live in.

I need to know what I can do because I have been treated unfairly. I finally have everything together as far as a job and now I'm losing everything I worked for.
