Fraudulent practices, non-cancellable lease, rip-off, harassment

I am going through an ordeal with Lease Finance Group that is exactly like hundreds, possibly thousands of other people. The lease is non-cancellable. It took me over a year to finally get a copy of the lease from them.
In order to get a copy of the lease, I stopped payment on the automatic debit through my bank. I am continuing to pay by check the amount I owe, minus the 5.00 insurance non-compliance fee which they began charging me a few months into the lease. I never authorized and increased amount to be debited from my account. They continue to call at least a dozen times per day. Sometimes they speak to me, sometimes it is a recording asking me to leave a message, and sometimes no one says anything. The letters they send border on harassment.

I have continued the payments of the amount I owe and have sent in the last three years of insurance papers to show proof of insurance on this machine. I am at a loss. I don't know what to do to get these people to stop. I have read hundreds of similar complaints all over the internet. I am thinking the next step is going to be to contact our State Attorney General.

With so many complaints against Lease Finance Group's obviously fraudulent business practices, it looks like something could be done to prevent other people from becoming victims of Lease Finance Group LLC and the swindlers they get to peddle their overpriced machines and fraudulent leases.

By the time I pay the 48 month lease, we will have paid $2611.20.in addition, i f we wish to keep the machine we must buy it from them at an additional $300.00. This brings the total to 2911.20. At internet retail prices, we could have bought about 7 machines.

These people are scam artists. The people who sell for Lease Fiance Group LLC are scam artists. Everyone should beware of this company. Do not sign anything bearing their name. Do not buy from them. They will rip you off. They will harass you.
