I don't want their merchant card, no hidden fee should be charge on my bank account

To whom may concern,
i received a scam merchant cca in the mail yestersday without knowing why they send to me a scam card which i never applied or want to deal with cca bad reputation company. I read on their policy with a little tiny letters print on the back of a page, they will charge my bank account a total hidden fee up to $199.99. Or more i could not believe a law aloud them to do that.

I can only found a lousy tel number 800-277-7056 and attempt to call them. There is no human being answer a phone, a machine ask me to enter this and that end up with no solution to resolve my issue. I wont able to find any contact information else where to tell them i dont want this rip off card. I want to avoid a hidden fee charge on my account, a card that they ship to me, it already been cut in 50 pieces and dispose it. I am glad i could find this nice website here. Hopefully i will have a nice rest tonight.
