They never let you pay off your loan ripoff

First, the website does not have a phone number. 2nd, they do not reply to emails (and I sent several).

All I want to do is pay off my loan, but they are imposible to reach. I am concerned that this loan will go on forever. I finally found a phone number, waited on hold for half an hour, only to be told that I can not make a payment today because they just took out another $90. That has to clear, which takes 4 days, and then, I can pay off the loan. This is after the several emails I sent to pay off the loan.

I hope that anyone with a loan out with this company finds the phone number on this complaint so they can get their loan paid off!
