Pre-paid credit cards, No card received and No authorization to debit account, deceptive application process

I was applying for a pre-paid credit card because I am trying to re-build my credit. I only applied. I never received an answer as to what I could qualify for and never even got an e-mail. I checked my bank account about a week later and THere was a check written out to this company for $159.95 which put my account in the negative. I have about 160.00 in bank fees on top of that. I tried to reach the company and after holding for about 10 min or so they said I had to e-mail them. When I did that they said nobody was available. I have made a complaint with the BBB and finally got through to them after 4 days. The representative told me that I did in fact order this caed and she coul prove it. I explained to her that I NEVER ordered anything I only applied. Basically she said she would fax me a fraud form to take to the police. I never really wanted a card and DO NOT have one. I have a copy of their rating with the BBB and quite frankly I would like to know how they are still in business!!! I have had to close my bank account and do not feel at this point they will reimburs me anything. I wpould love to be a part of a civil action suit so please have the media, attorney or whomever is available contact me A.S.A. P!
