Drops the ball ripoff dishonest up the creek with out the paddles!

On behalf of my parents, who after $2,750.00 into debt settlement plans with this company. They had enough money to settle with the first creditior. No contact was made with the creditors and we were subjected to telephone shuffle without even reaching a settlement after 3 weeks. Not once did we contact the same individual. We were constantly told someone would call us back after 24-48 hours, which no one EVER did.

These people (if you would call them that) have done nothing for my parents credit, and have now left them with 8 months of additional interest and debts.

I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!
