Deception, aggravation, sneaky, non trustworthy, anything for a buck

I, ve had a problem with nco before where there were duplicating fraudulent accounts on my credit repot numerous times, well after i had to take the proper steps (ftc, credit reporting agencies, sending to nco themselves copy of affadavit of fraud etc) these numerous items have been removed from my credit report however nco's inquiries stayed

Two weeks after being notified from transunion and equifax that my credit report has been amended i receive a letter from a company called "asset care" offerring to settle an acount for $22.00 along with this settlement offer was another page that consisted with providing information showing that they have gotten this account from nco (yes the same company that had to dismiss the fraudlent accounts off of my credit report because it was proven as a fraud case transferred this to another collection company) knowing that this is fraud it's like they are trying anything and honestly that doesn't sound legal to me how can you sell something to another company that is not valid?

The 2nd page of the settlement letter from asset care inc states their affiliated companies as nco portfolio management inc, ncop financing, ncop holdings, and several others all derived from the same pain in the a— nco. This company is a real piece of work and a full investigation needs to be done. There's just no way in the world anyone can convince me that once something had to removed from a person's credit report due to fraud/inaccuracies this company has the legal right to sell that same portfolio to another company while fully aware of the matter, making the consumer have to go thru this troublesome, aggravating, and frustrating situation all over again. Fraud is fraud stop trying to make money off of something that is not valid. Please advise because i am at my wits end here this sounds like a lawsuit to me does anyine agree???
