Ripoff Lying cheating money hungry

I was financed through Decision One, and it got sold to Litton Loan wihout my consent. Ever since, it's been nothing but trouble! This company has been harrassing me since 2005. They've tried to say I am not making my payments, and I had to file bankruptcy. I have reciepts to prove that I made payments and they said at first I was nine months behind, now suddenly, I'm 13 months behind!

I feel I am being unfairly treated by a company that is either unorganized in every aspect, or are money hungry liars. I need help, but don't know where to look.
Every time I go to refinance my house with a different company they refuse to send payment history to that company. They are threatening to foreclose on me in 7 days, on June 1st. I just found that out today, May 25th. I had my daughter-in-law look up the laws on foreclosure of mortgages, and they are required to give 20 days notice at the least. I have not been notified by Litton, but my negotiator dug deeper and found out the date for me.

I recently heard I'm not the only one filing suit against Litton Loan. How they stay in business is beyond me!
