Misleading to take my home out from under me and my family?

Wow. I am sick from what I read after finding this site accidentally. I was on Google trying to find a link and phone number for Homecomings Financial and found this site. I have also fallen victim to Homecomings Financial and their deceitful lies and incometence!

I have been trying to reach an employee there to find out why they are refusing to call me back and give me clarification now we are at the end of our re-payment plan. When I called back to speak to the person who was in charge of my situation (a woman named Bonnie) I was told there is no such employee and someone else had been assigned to my account and would call me back - but of course has failed to do so. I also found out when going to finance a vehicle that they had reported no payments for 6 months. I pulled out receipts of all of my Western Union transactions for the past 6 months.

During my payment plan Homecomings told me I had to send cash payments by the 2nd of each month via Western Union. This was after paying a 2600 down payment and 1300 due the 2nd of each month. I have made every one of these cash wire transfers at least a week early (some 2 weeks) and they fail to record any record of it! Of course I am having to work 2 jobs to make this extra payment which makes life a little tough on the family.

Part of this came about from Homecomings not including the taxes and inusrance as they advised they would do, somewhere calculating an extra payment and some of my own un-precictable circumstances that could not be helped. They advertise they they work with you to help you keep your home when it appears in reality they are sneaking it out from under you. I too have a decent amount of equity in my home when I purchased it. I also have yet to receive a coupon book I so diligently requested on numerous occassions.

I also have yet to receive any statements or receipts from them. They stated that it is procecdure not to post the payments when they have put you in Foreclosure status. I too want in on any class action lawsuit against this company. They are wrecking too many American families and need to be stopped! I appreciate any legal information or assistance anyone can provide as we previously turned down offers from non profit companies with the understanding that Homecomings is working with us by offering this payment plan and that at the end of it (as long as the payments were on tiem - and they were) that we will be offered to refinance - well that is suppose to be coming in June.

I have kept every piece of documentation from Homecomings including documentation and notes during phone calls to them. (The calls they answered anyway).
