Jefferson Capital - Ripoff Stole my money

I sent them a check for $4,000.00 because I had no bank account and I owed them over $1,000.00 For a credit card I couldnt keep up the paymets with. So they kept calling me and harrassing me that Im finnally sent the check to them. They said they would send me the difference once the check cleared but never did. When I called them they said the check was destroyed
