I was sent a letter which appeared to be from my mortgage company. When i called in they said they were part of my mortgage company so i trusted them. First contact with them i was being lied to right away.

Ken Kaeser was my representative for the company. Ken had me send in my income documents which he later altered my paystubs and w-2s to make me qualify, but told me my loan was a stated loan and we would not be using them. Another lie. I found out later my bank statements were altered as well by him. Ken admitted all these but asked me to promise i would not tell anyone since he did get me the loan.

However, he placed me in a loan where i lose thousands of dollars per year in equity. I am very frustrated in my deelings with this company. I spoke with the two owners of the company Garrett Rease and Fred Lacker who both gave me the run around. They told me i signed the docs so i should have taken a closer look and there was nothing they could do for me. I hope they realize the pain they have made me feel.
