Misrepresented themselves, took my money from account, will not return phone call after several attempts to contact. Buffalo New York

A representative from Banksafe Usa, Ms. Debroah Adams called my employment to discuss some fraud activity going on with my account. She explained to me that I will be receiving a refund of $700 to $900 and that a fee of $395.00 will be deducted from the refund and that I will receive some notification in the mail within 15-20 days. When I checked my account the fee of $395.00 was deducted from account on April 19 and speak with a representative and they sent me a cancellation request which I faxed back that same day.

I have been calling leaving messages and no one has gotten back in touch me. I have left several messages, held on the line thinking that someone will pick up until it prompts you to leave a message for a represtative to contact you.

This is very unfair to the consumers who believe that someone had their best interest at heart when in reality they are ripping off consumers bank accounts.
