I was recently checking my online banking when I noticed that there were two charges of $12.95 on my account to CIC*CE and I have never placed an order with them. So I then went to the Google search engine to find out that when you request a credit report throught www.freecreditreport.com, there is some way that this company is storing your information and that it is a fraud.
