Ripoff

Two months ago I started to notice that two deposits in the amount of. 01$ ware made to my checking account (debt card transaction) approximately a week later $124.90 was whithdrawn from my account by the same company that deposited the. 01$ I do order online so I started to investigate by looking up the name and so on. I checked again and noticed the exact same thing had occured again.

I called my bank and they suggested I call the number on my bank statement, so I did. There are several options on their voice automated recording but only one that you could actually speak to a human. I entered this option and spoke to a person who refused to speak with me because I was not a person from my bank.

I tried to let him know this was an unauthorized action involving my bank account, he was very rude. The only info he would give me is an email address or web address (i am not sure which) that doesn't exist: WEBCHECKX.com. You cannot email this nor can you find it on the internet.

My bank would not call this number to speak with this person either. Now i just looked at my statement and the whithdrew $24.90. I cannot get anywhere with this and i don't know how to stop these transactions.
