Misuse of escrow, now mandating replenishment and rised monthly payment

Please help me!!!
Countrywide misused my (Aug. 2003) school tax escrow monies, by not paying them till they were late.
In May my escrow had a unscheduled withdrawl, discribed as a "Miscellaneous Disburstment" on my monthly statement. (I still haven't been told what that is!) This was for the same figure as that of the Aug.'03 school tax. It took me 2 years to have that corrected.

I have just been notified that through thier interenal investigations, I was credited the same amount into my escrow, erroniously.inturn, they have withdrew that amount just this past March 26th, causing my escrow account to be in the red!!! I have all communications from the initial theft in with a sincere appology.

I just wrote Mr. W. Rogers, (the Apology Guy) to make him aware of this, only to get his reply that he has been promoted and he regrets that he no longer can help me.

Now that there is a new scout on watch, thursty for recognition in the company, they have dredged up this camaflauged deposit, with out examining the whole cause.
I am being mandated to come up with $1,567.94, for my escrow by 6-01-07. Also my monthly payment has increased from $834.03 to $881.24.

Funny thing is, a week before the March withdral, I received a "Congrates, you have met your escrow obligation, we are lowering your monthly payment!"
Can anyone provide me with the rope, so I can hang these Ba*s???

We, (Countrywide's Hosteges) pay for their services! Or is it "Theft of Services!!!"If I was as incompetent at my job, as these Countrywide Reps. I WOULDN'T HAVE A JOB!!!
