Misrepresentative use of address Ripoff

Bismarke Financial Lending Services is a company allegedly marketing loans in several states. Their letterhead indicates they have an office address at 1150 First Avenue, Suite 800, King of Prussia, Pa. 19406. I have contacted the landlord of this property and was told that Bismarke is not now, and has never been a tenant at that address. I visited the property personally, met with the Property Manager, and verified that Bismarke is not located in this building.
I was told that suite 800 was previously the building management office, and is now the temporary office of another tenant company while their permanent suite is under construction.
If their address is a fake, what else about this company is also fraudulent?
Be very careful of doing business with this company.
