They try to get you to foreclose on your home and offer to buy it from your lender and sell it back to you with much lower payments this has to be a con job that will sell your home out from under you

OK, I went to this web sight that offered advice for people in danger of forclosing on the homes and they emailed me back an offer to just let my home forclose and they would go to my lender and buy my home for much less than the note and then sell it back to me with a lower payment. Of coure I am not going to do this as at the point they buy the home from the lender, they hold all the cards and can just sell your home right out from under you.

I just wanted to report this somewhere becouse for someone with financhal problems (like myself) you want something like this to be true and I bet there will be people who take them up on the offer and end up getting burned.
