Benefical Finance/HSBC Had realty appraisal inflate value. Tried to refinance owed to much. Lost house due to payement laffayette / Indiana

Eneficial had appraisal inflated by 30,000 dollars so loan could be approved as debt ratio was to high. Loan officer had me write letter saying i was making $10,000 at home so it would work with ratio.

I tried to get payment lowered but they said i owed to much on the property that they had financed just thirteen months earlier. Can't make it and loosing property.

Had two appraisers give me value of 105,000 and 107,000.

Make sure value of property is right and stay away from beneficial.
