Ripoff unauthorized bank draft for a credit card i didnt sign up for in the amount of 159.95

I have just been screwed, this company took 159.95 from my checking account and my bank tells me there is nothing they can do. I have to dispute it myself. The EDP people or the number rather offers less help. I got a person that just took my message and phone number i still have yet to speak to anyone that can help. I have just placed a hold on my account and plan on talking to the attorney general in the morning. I have learned that in North Carolina it is illegal for any payday advance or other internet cash, credit card etc. To operate and that they are acting against the law when they do such. I hope to resolve this issue, i need my money and these people are low life Crooks!
