Ameriquest Incorrect Reporting to credit bureau

I fell behind on my mortgage and have entered into a forbearance with AMC Mortgage. While they were very helpful, I am a little perturbed about how they are reporting me to the credit bureaus. I take 100% blame for falling behind BUT now that I am in the forbearance agreement I have made every payment on time, yet they are still reporting me 120 days past due??!! I will never be able to refi out of these people if they do not start reporting something a little less derogatory. Is there anything I can do about it?

They are also reporting my past due balance as more than it is. I am not looking for sympathy as I did fall behind due to a job loss, but I am back on the saddle and making headway but feel like I will never get ahead with them reporting me the way that they are.
