Unauthorized charges

EverPrivate card debited 49.95 from my consideration on April 24. Used to do not subscribe to their support, or did they confirm my identification by telephone (like their website statements) and there have been no resources within the consideration therefore today my banking account is damaging significantly more than 142.00. I required a reimbursement through their support website and also have not gotten an answer. Can somebody help me?
