British Random Lotto Sent me a check that I can use or not no good. Ripoff

They sent me check I'm thinking me and my son is going on a really wonderful trip for the first. And come to find out that the check is no good, I even went to try to cash the check and got my feeling hurt. And I alo have seen this same thing on some of the judges shows on TV. And I think these people need to stop doing people like this it is so, so wrong. And every time I try to call these people thier is no answer try back later well I got this check it was dated September 12 and still have not talk to no one so you tell me what should I do about this BS.
