Fraudulent investment in properties in Cancun Mexico, ripoff., Quintana Roo

My wife invested in vacation properties in Cancun, Mexico. It was supposed to be a 3 year investetment with a 9% return. We initially recended the investment but we let the salesman talk us into withdrawing our recention.

After 3 years we requested the funds but received no response from the company. I sent a certified letter so that someone would have to sign for it, and it csmer bsck unclaimed and not a goos address.By this time I found out that Michael Kelly had been arrested.

We filed a claim with the FBI. Right now we don't know what the status of Kelly's indictment is. We are now awaiting furhter information from the FBI.
