Wants Me to pay someone elses debt. I have no debts and never heard of them

For several weeks now I have had repeated daily (several times a day) computer generated calls to my home.
The message always states that this is urgent and very important.
On one occasion an actual human being with a garbled and incoherent name and an equally incoherent bellicose manner asked for someone we have never heard of. We said we didn't know such a name, and that we are not that person ; but the calls continue.
So I did research on the phone number they left this evening in one of their, "this is an emergency" calls and I find they are a collection agency.
I have no debt and never did have any debt. I am not the chump they are looking for, and their chimp who can't speak english worth a wooden nickel is about to hear from the states attorney general of Wisconsin.
