Dirty ripoff liars

Don't get a credit card from this company no matter how desperate you may be. They are unwilling to work with you when times get tough and they will lie to you to give you a false sense of security!

I broke my foot and was unable to work for 2 months, prior I was considered an excellent card holder. They wouldn't give me a break in payments and I was lied to on two different ocassions. One rep said he could help me by sending me an application for "hardship case" as long as I sent them $40.00.

I sent the money, filled out the application, along with doctor and emergancy room paperwork only to find out there was no such thing as a "hardship case". I was lied to again by a different rep who told me if I sent money they could "age" my account for me. I sent the money but it was all bologny.

I also made the terrible mistake of making a one time payment authorizing them to take $50.00 out of my checking account the end of June. To my surprise they used that information and stold $82.00 out of my checking account the end of July. When I called them on this they swore up and down I athorized that payment which is total bull!!! I got my money back within 2 days.
