Cross country bank is a rip-off waste of time, they refused payment arrangement with me. Boca raton

I just recieved a phone call from crosscountry bank they wanted my checking account number. When i told them that i would make a payment on the 30th of august i was told it was unacceptable.

And that my account would be turned over to an attonery or collection acengey. I told them i would send a money order but that was still unacceptable. And it would take 7-10 days for them to recieve the payment.

But i have mailed payments to other companies and it never took that long for them to recieve payments from me. Cross country would not accept my payment arrangement because it was on my terms not theirs.

They told me that is they say that they would take a payment out of my checking account it would only be the one time i don't trust them at all. I have problems with companies like them before they are the biggest rip off people i have ever been in contact with before
