AI LLC This Company Steals Money by not honoring their Money Back Guarantee Ripoff

During the initial sales pitch, this company lauded their money back guarantee if you were completely satisfied. My internet connection would not support their software (confirmed by their technical experts), so I asked for my money back.

I returned the software as instructed, which they received on the 16th of January. I am still waiting for my refund (approximately $3200.00). First I was told it would take 30 days, then it was 40 days, and finally I was told "we have a backlog and I can't tell you when you will receive your money". It has now been 70 days and I still have not received my money back.

Stay away from this company. They have no integrity and lie to people during the sales presentation. When you hear the words Premier AI... RUN! Under no circumstance give them any money, you will probably never see it again. I have complained to the BBB of Florida, and sent a complaint to the Florida Attorney General. So far, the only thing that has happened is I have been screwed by Premier Trade AI.
