Harrassing me to collect $10.50 on a transaction I didn't authorize ripoff

This company keeps calling me and sending me letters to collect $10.50 from a transaction with Blockbuster that I never authorized!

I talked to numerous people trying to resolve this and they say "OK" and I keep getting phone calls and letters.

The info they have as my bank and dr. License number are wrong, no such bank exists in my town, and they want my correct dr license and SS# which I refuse to give them!
This harrassment has to stop!
