They told me id get a card with a $2500 limit by july 31st. All i hd to give was $29.95. I did and never heard anything from them ripoff thieves

CAPITAL FIRST caled my home persistant to get me to join. I declined many times until they said that all i would have to do is send $29.95 from my account and they would send a card with a limit of $2,500.By july31. Needless to say, i never received anything. I then called the phone # they gave me. They said i should have gotten a package weeks ago. (Im not suppsed to be geting a package. I should havemy $2500. Limit master card by what they told meover the phone.) So thy ripped me off for my $29.95 so far. I have a 20 month old daughter and i'm getting married in 36 days. I speificaly was counting on that card to help pay my wedding fees. I'm totaly screwed now. I guess that's what i get for trusting the american bussiness corp. I want them to go to jail for what they have done to me and others before they get even more victims.
