Ripoff This company will take your information to the bank!

Fortunately, I watch my checking account everyday and caught this debit immediately! I attempted to contact them by the number listed on the check. Apparently, the number listed is not them and the answering company must get this a lot due to the fact that they GAVE me the correct phone number!

It is true - you get NO persons representing them for 'CUSTOMER SERVICE'- not a surprise! The website has a contact us section, may take 24-48 hours to hear back from them.

Another truth is the back will reverse the charges and challenge the company, IF you take the steps necessary to do so. My thoughts are they count on people NOT doing this, hope that you do not catch it until it is too late, and wallow in the multitude of dollars made off of unsuspecting consumers.

My warning is to stay away from the offers of something free if you only complete certain steps in a marketing feedback program! I am getting married and in a reception idea search the search engine found a site stating, '2000 dollars towards your reception'. Stupid me! Then again, smart marketing... I answered several steps of the survey - they all led from one thing to another and after an hour of answering marketing surveys I shut it off when I realized there seemed to be NO END! As well as no payoff.

This company must pay for information from these marketers. I know for a fact that I did not request any 'credit card' or 'credit building' help!
Beware! Beware! Beware! They are out there, nothing is free!

Again, I encourage everyone to have on-line banking to monitor their account for this activity! The information hwy does not protect you from scum of the earth. These bottom feeders need to be stopped! In the 5 years that I have had it, this is the first time it has occurred! Yet, it is a 159.95$ charge!
