Ripff filled out loan application online got a charge from an electronic check (preauthorized) not matching my checks at all stole $159.95 from my checking account

I applied for a loan online. Never got anything back. Thought it was declined. I just recenty went to walmart to buy my standard groceries. My parents put $100 in my account for that purpose. Groceries and gas until summer. I went to use my debit card to check out, and it was declined. The ATM was out and i called my parents to send a money grant, half their paycheck, so now they are struggling to get by. I saw an electronic check to pay to the order of "EDPcard" for $159.95 I was furious.

When i called in at 6:54 CST i was told that the lady was an operator and she couldnt do anything because they were going to close. They are open from 9-5 PST so they were actually open for another hour. I left a message and someone called me back the next day. I tried to call him and his extension, but no luck. It just rang. And now when i call in to talk to an operator, it is silent, i am still connected but it is pure silence. Like someone put me on mute. I will get my money back. I am going to do everything in my power to get MORE than my money back and sue them for everything they have. They are screwing people out of money they need. If i am filing for a loan wouldnt u think that i dont have $159.95 to spare? Exactly. I am going to keep trying and keep calling. E
