Ripoff Monthly charges from credit card after the free package was sent

May I request a free Grant Writer Pro CD and paid only the shipping charge of $3.95.
After receiving the CD I continued to received monthly charges to my credit card. I did not notice this as a major problem until I read the consumer complaints. I will contact the credit card company and file a report with them.
