I purcharsed my property 2 years ago. About 2 months after we closed our Mortgage was sold to ASC. Ever since then it was been nothing but a headache. This company is doing fruad to so many not one lawyer has the gults to stand up to them WHY? We are in the election year and to people running for president all this crap about the current situation, but what are they doing for us homeowners who need help fighting these major corps that are taking avantage of us.

Once ASC got our mortgage they started with the force placing Insurance and every insurance this company could possiblity think of. First it was Flood insurance, then harazad Insurance, and last but not least fire insurance. Keep in mind I purcharsed a condo. My homeowners assisocation covers the building, which from day one has had insurance. But NO ASC has to force flood insurance on my mortgage which at closing I didn't realize but I had $1930 worth of flood insurance for the whole building (I later cancelled and only got part of my money back). All the while I'm in a no flood zone per FEMA. Yet ASC said they had the choice to place on my mortgage. Still to this day trying to find the document in my mortgage note. The following month came the forced placd Harazad Insurance. Few months later they were talking about Fire insurance now correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't Harazad insurance cover that. ASC took 3 months of payments and applied towards the insurance and the revresed it back to the mortgage then applied not only late payment charges but also reporting us late on our credit. After fighting to two months to get it correct only part is still correct. To this day they still try to take payments and apply whereever they please. They are doing the same as AIG take employees the the spa with our money. This is fraud and a Class Action Lawsuit needs to be done already.

Just to let everyone know I have refused to make anymore payments until they stop there problems. One day I will have my day in court so I can show the judge how screwed up this company is.

Maybe these candidates running for president need to stop bailing out these companies and let them go under like the companies have done to so many other Americans just trying to make a living for their family.
