Ripoff fraudulent biiling

HomEq Serving is a rip-off company. All they care about is charging as much as possible even if its not warrated. I had a stroke july of last year. This caused me to get behind on mortgage payments.initially I owed $5664. I informed the company of my dilema and let them know that i was cashing out mr 401k to get caught up. They initially said no probem, and to let them know when I had the funds. Then they turned around and filed forclosure paperwork a week later. After an initial payment of $5700 they said I now owed $2500 more to stop the foreclosure and needed to set up payment arrangements of $3111 a month to keep my house. I have paid them a total of $11,900 and now they say I owe more. I am a disabled veteran and was treated better by the Iraqi's. Its time to black-list this company once and for all!!!
