Dishonest business practices

Upon receipt of a CCS packet, I decided to "check it out." I received a trial period of one month in which I was supposed to be able to receive catalogs and read the fine print before I had to pay for anything.

I never received a catalog, I tried to cancel the service because I didn't feel like paying $200 for a shopping card when I didn't know what I was getting, and I ended up going into the red for my troubles.By the way, I'm still stuck with this shopping card for which I paid $200 that I didn't even have.

I finally got the catalogs that I was promised over 2 months late, and the merchandise inside was a complete disappointment. Not only did they not contain anything I needed, but just about everything in those catalogs was over-priced and ugly. I may have a need for credit repair, but I'm not some idiot with bad taste who would buy anything just because it's in a glossy book.

If you ever receive an envelope from CCS, please destroy it.
