Ripoff They charged 99.8% interest Called 12 times in one day after already talking to me

This company is an absolute ripoff. They do not disclose interest rates until after you sign the forms. I was the victim of possible identity theft because someone got a loan using my information and it is still on my credit report because, even though they have my information and it was sent by someone else, they still claim it was me. I had to change checking accounts to get away from these people and had to send them a cease contact letter. I am now filing bankrupcty because of what these people did.

I have no copies of paper work that I supposedly signed because they demand a copy of my documents, which they claim they already have, before they can send out anything. I told them if they are going to want a payment from me, I want the proof that they have documents identifying me. They won't send it unless I send them my copies first. Give me a break. You have to send the proof when you accuse someone.

They also called me 16x a day wanting a payment that I wasn't responsible for paying.

When someone did this to me, I wasn't working enough to make payments and if they had caught this, the other person wouldn't have been able to get the loan with my name and id.
