Really unprofessional, harassing, calling me at the office when requested to not

CTI approached me of a previous aged debt that we was really prepared to look after. After I was not able to create the cost in one single payment, these were rude informing me I'd created this debt and needed to clear it-up instantly. I expected for around one or two weeks to clear anything up, they kept calling. After I expected them-not to contact me at the office, they extended to do this. I gave them several where I really could be attained anytime or when they quit a note, I really could return the phone call. Even if I'd obviously made preparations to get a cost agreement on the collection day, somebody kept calling and bothering me at the office. I had been unable to speak at the office plus they might contact and badger me with concerns I really could not reply. I've repeatedly requested to get a statement showing your debt is compensated plus they repeatedly not shipped me a declaration. I understand your debt must be solved (also it was reduced entirely) but used to do not deserve this therapy. Anything ought to be completed for this company to finish the therapy they are doing to others!
