Ripoff ripping off there own sales people!

I was a new agent with this company coming from another large agency. I liked the way the company paid out commissions which is why I wanted to work there. Was not alot of training which seems to be the norm in Insurance. I was given a mentor that was suppossed to help me get started. A very nice person and very smart within the insurance industry, but didnt seem to need to make money very bad, Unfortunatley I did. After 2 1/2 weeks of driving and paying 2.89 per gallon of gas, and no sales. I was in need of a check. Finally we got several sales in one day. I was told that I would get about $900 in upfront commissions, Finally! I can pay my bills and get some breathing room. Well its been almost Two years still no money! Needless to say I spent several weeks trying to get the money from everyone in charge there. Always the big run around game, I finally had to quit and get a job with a company that would pay me for my efforts. I guess I should have turned them in to the state, But instead I realized It would be better to make sure I tell everyone how they do people. Remember 1 happy person will tell 4-5 other people about you. A unhappy person will tell thousands!
