To Whom it may Concern,
I was enrolled into an Allsouth Federal Credit Union, July. I was already upset from the beggining considering the fact that it took nearly two months for me to get my first debit card. Whenever I tried to contact the bank, I had found it nearly impossible. Any other bank in existence can claim to have a twenty-four hour service/teller line and actually have one. This bank doesn't seem to understand the concept. Not only that but you can't ever get a hold of any customer service members even if you call during the regular business hours. Keep in mind that I have been fully aware of the fact that they are on an eastern time zone. So I adjust accordingly.
I also noticed that from time to time, my balance isn't exactly what it is supposed to be. I keep track of my spending and you happen to notice when three-hundred dollars may be missing or be it some other amount it has happened numerous times, and wouldn't you know it I can't get a hold of any representatives no matter what the time may be.
About a month ago I lost my member number when I wanted to reorder checks. Could I contact the bank, I think not. And last but not least I have to move immediately, and I had just the right amount of money in my account to do the task and suddenly it has fallen a few hundred dollars short despite the fact that I hadn't spent that much money knowing that it was necessary to complete the move. Now my family may not make the trip and have to sleep in our vehicles because of the situation. I would just like to say that you should probably think twice before acquiring their services.
