I've a credit with pay-PAL through providian and that I named to confirm my stability and also to get online and spend my statement like I usually have. I obtain a saving declaring my consideration have been offered to sst. The telephone number I'm provided and also the site are useless. I obtain a message stating my bill number is incorrect. I've sent repeatedly and obtain exactly the same phone number and site that will be ineffective!!! To begin with just how can this consideration you need to be offered and my own data share with the corporation who I understand nothing about. Please answer.
