Ripoff Who is this company really? Why can't they give a straight forward question? Sliema

This company is not to be trusted or used... As a matter of despartion is company was used as a short term solution until payday..

This was a big mistake. Difficulties arose in paying the loan of 250 back, now they are asking for 400.00 in settlement? Where is the logic? On asking where their offices are located, I was advised that they couldn't advise me. I was refered to their website. Then barrage of phone calls to my home every half an hour. The phone calls to my work and my family. Harrasment of the first kind.

Then when I asked the agent called Benjamin Cooper not to call me as I would deal with his manager, he ignored my request or what I saying and continued to ring me. Persistly asking me when the loan was going to be re-paid and what lenght of time.

E-mails to their customer care bounced straight back, as I tried to e-mail a complaint. Where will it end? Its a long way to write a letter of complaint to Malta, but I will do..

The matter has been refered to the comsumer show, Watchdog. Repayment and no room for a 'civilse' chat is completely out of the window. Something has to be done.
