I was taken advantage of with my home, that I owned out and out for 10 years. Ameriquest started preditory lending practices and offered me home improvement, especially money for new windows in our building. Myself and my disabled daugher owened a 4 unit building in battle creek mi and we were shault out and they had my daugther to signed off and put me and my husband on the loan and then they took me off, because he was the only one working. He lived in romulus mi and we were trying to get back together. Bottom line I lost my home and now I am homeless, I wrote some info back in nov on the rip offf report, but they seemed to have lost it and now I am rewriting some of the stuff. My daug is closed head injury and I am disabled. I had a break dowm, but I guess I am lost, because I am, a peon. If someone can help me get my house back please please help. I have a copy of my first report because I printed it off.

I was told by legal aid lawyer that I could not be helped because my name was on the home my husband lived in, but now I come to find out that's not true because my name has been taken off this property also.
