USA CREDIT CARD call me on Tuesday, March the 27th @ 5:56pm CDT. I am a Truck Driver, which I'm on the ROAD for 2-4 weeks. They ask to Speak with Billy, which only my family and friends and co-workers knows of this. "RED FLAG" went off in my head. I ask whom was i speaking to, and whom did they represented. He told me his name of DAVID and he represented USA Credit Card.

As he went thru the usual banter of why he was calling due to the fact that I put in a EMail for Credit. (Never never do this unless it is with a legitament CC company. The use of consumer complaints articles, can save you alot of headaches) Iask when was this E-mail sent in? He said with-in the last 24-48 hours. "RED FLAG" #2 - He wanted to confirm my infomation on my email, I said go ahead. He wanted to know if I still live n GreenVille, SC.?"RED FLAG" #3 I told him no, never live there. He kept hammering at me with all kinds of personal questions about my full name, address, city and state, zip code.

"BIG RED FLAG" #1 if they were legit, then the infomation would be correct in the first place. #2 If any Infomation they ask for is not on there, DO NOT GIVE IT! Especially your SSN. And correct address. Banks has been getting better on Securing their customers ACCOUNTS, but one thing for sure, if it doesn't match your Billing/Account where your statements goes, they will not process it, unless there is other items attach to prove it was you; i.E. SSN#, Driver License, Address, Full Name as is on your Account, phone#, etc.!
Banks are still the WEAKEST LINK in the control chain of your money, but if you stay on top of it, then there is litle chance of a mistake happening!

I call Bank of America, and explain what had just occurred, and was told that if it was a FRUADULENT activity, then They will Investigate it IMEDIATELY, upon my calling them; but it has to hit my account first, I told them NO, I am warning BOA of a protentual illegal activity and that they were implecated in at lest 3 other reports, and I gave them "usacomplaints. ComS.com" address, and told them they had better not allow it to hit my account or be facing alot of legal battle's. The customer service representative was taken aback by this statement, and I said: "Futhermore, I will not TOLERATE my personal infomation being giving out by any employees of BOA, to a third party without my written consent per case! Do we understand each other?" He agree that it was against BOA policy to give out any information with out prior consent given by customer! I hope I can come back and acknowledge When and if all this goes accouring to plan!

Remember folks, DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION TO ANYONE! Unless you call them and you know that they are A LEGIT COMPANY!
