I have been with homecomings for two years. I have been a month ahead on my payments the whole time and cleaned up my credit report. I needed to refinance do to having to quit work and go on disability and the lowest finance rate they said they could give me was 13%, I did have a 8.29% then after two years they jacked it up to 11.29%.instead of $800 a month they jacked it up to $1013 a month. I am going to lose my home because I don't have hardly anything coming in it could be 6months or 2 years before my disability goes through. I have two kids and a father with alziemers living with me now I don't know what I am going to do I wished someone could help. Being a single mother is hard enough
