Aspire Gold Card - Columbus Bank & Trust Aspire Gold Card - Columbus Bank & Trust does not value cardholders ripoff

Aspire card just got on my last nerve today. I have had it with them!

After over a year of timely payments and credit lines increases that cost me more than they were worth I decided to call my friends at Aspire customer service to ask for a decrease in my APR or a lower annual fee (which is 150.00 a year) for being a good cardholder.

First of all there customer service stinks sure they will listen to you and tell you they understand but they really do not! I went round and round with one of there customer service agents who said that I would be notified if I was selected for a lower apr otherwise it would not be lowered but he clearly stated your a very good customer. (LOL) I told him actions speak louder than words and in this case it spoke worlds about Aspire. Although my credit is not great I didn't care I closed my account with Aspire and didn't even think twice.

I don't need them and if I had put all my payments in a savings account I would have been better off then using there card. They really do suck and they do not care about there customers. They only thing the customer service agents can get right is if they are going to charge you a fee of some kind. Then you better beleive that it going to be posted to your account. If you are promised a credit you better think twice cause it will not happen I don't care who promises it they NEVER follow through.

Aspire is not worth my time and they can Aspire to get a life for all I care. Take that so called Gold Aspire and shove it I don't need it anymore.
LOL... It feels good to be free of those punks. Close your account too maybe they will start to get the point.
