Ripoff I want to be included in the class action

I have been taken advantage of too and would like to be part of the class action. I have been on repayment plans and have had unexplained attorney fees added to my account and when asked what they were for, I was told to contact the attorney.

After many phone calls to the attorney I have not gotten an answer from them for an explanation. I have not been able to refi either... Do to forclosure status after completing a repay plan and they said that it stated that I just start making payments again... I was never told this until I needed to do another repay plan. Now my loan is at $131,000.00 and we only got the original loan for $117,000.00

I would just like to give the house back to them we have a contract on a different house and had help with the financing. Does anyone know about "giving" the house back to them... They want it... How can I "give" it to them???
