Jimmy Harris told me the bank would not honor anymore disputes

I called Douglas County bank because my checking account was charged for something I did not authorize. I spoke with Jimmy Harris who told me that it is my fault when a charge is posted without my approval. He was very rude to me and told me he would not allow any more disputes. He accused me of constantly going online and making purchases and then changing my mind and getting away with not paying for it. I have never been talked to like that before, in fact he had me in tears. I never dispute anything, unless it is something I did not authorize. I don't know if they can even do this, but he did tell me that in no certain terms, they will not dispute anything else EVER. We have always kept quite a bit of money in this bank. On March 6, I deposited $10,000.00 and they bounced my checks. I believe because of this they are trying to get me to change banks. The only reason I haven't is because my husbands work is through this bank. I can't even balance my checkbook anymore, because I never know what they are going to do!
